Valencia is a true disrupter in the pass or run, he can do it all as he recorded this past season a total of 75 tackles, 8 tackles for loss, 4 sacks and 20 QBHs. If Sebastian can add a little bit more weight to his frame he will become a even more dominate defensive player.

I put Valencia in the edge rusher category even though he was an all conference linebacker a year ago. I really think his upside is rushing the passer hence why I bumped up his ranking too. He had 4 sacks last season and should double that mark in his final season for South Lakes.

Valencia is an all conference linebacker who looks the part each time I watch him on tape or in person. He posted great numbers running a 4.67 40 for a linebacker should of had all the college coaches in attendance on notice. Thought he looked really smooth in the individual drills, he should transition well at the next level.
