Senior running back Sebastian Valdez Sebastian Valdez 6'0" | LB Minco | 2026 OK returns for his third season as the starting running back in this Minco offense. He had a breakout season as a sophomore and returned for more last season. He improved his production running the ball, as he finished with nearly 1,000 yards on the ground. With Valdez back and the majority of this Minco offensive line, they could have a very strong rushing attack this season. Valdez also gives the Bulldogs a backfield running mate for McMurtrey. We’re looking forward to seeing if Valdez can take another step forward from a production standpoint.

Junior running back and linebacker Sebastian Valdez Sebastian Valdez 6'0" | LB Minco | 2026 OK might be the most productive player that is returning from last year’s squad. Valdez had his breakout moment during his sophomore season in 2023 and he did it on both sides of the ball. On offense, Valdez emerged as one of the top players in the running game, finishing the year with over 700 yards on the ground and 11 touchdowns. On defense, Valdez also finished the year with over 70 tackles. So he’s coming into this season as a two-way machine that can bring a lot to the table. And with a young team on both sides of the ball, having that type of production and playmaking ability will be a crucial key early on in 2024.
