emerged as a promising target with plenty of athletic ability. Asangwe finished with 447 yards on 23 receptions and 4 touchdowns, averaging 19.4 yards per reception. Asangwe is a fast and fairly strong player for his position, posting a 4.51 40 yard time, a 4.3 shuttle time, and a 405 lb max deadlift. Playing largely in the slot, Asangwe excelled with short-horizontal routes, proving quite slippery after the catch with his agility and seeming refusal to go down easily. Asangwe has the speed to burn defenders around the edge when running horizontally and sneaking behind the secondary on seam routes to burn them on the sidelines. Asangwe is slated to receive much more targets in 2025 as one of the few returning starters from Rockford’s passing offense last year, giving more opportunities for Asangwe to flash his worth as a potentially valuable asset at the next level.
