Humrich plays QB/RB/SS for Burlington. Last season, he had 60 total tackles (27 solo, 33 assisted), 3 TFL, 2 INT, 1 FF, 83 carries for 758 yards with 16 touchdowns, 11/35 for 160 yards, 31.4% completion rate, 2 TDs, 5 INT. Humrich is a better runner than a passer. Good athletic ability due to very good speed, balance, good acceleration, and change of direction. Very good vision to weaving effortlessly through the defense. Gains extra yards due to his physicality and strength. Bruising runner. As a safety, he brings good run support into the box with his good tackling. Humrich will use his speed and athleticism to make an impact in the passing game. He’s a tantalizing prospect with a lot of potential.

Does a good job ranging from the zone to the box giving good run support. He stays square and uses his good strength to achieve good tackling and stop the running back in their tracks. Good coverage skills and uses his speed to stay stride for stride with the receiver. I’m excited to see how he builds upon his junior season.

Humrich is a versatile prospect playing QB, RB, and FS. He went 11/35 for 160 yards, 31.4% completion rate, 2 TDs, 5 INT, 83 carries for 758 yards and 16 touchdowns, 60 total tackles (27 solo, 33 assisted), 3 TFL, 2 INT, and 1 FR, and 18 returns for 301 yards. I believe he is a better RB than QB. He’ll line up under center and rush with bootlegs. Good athletic ability due to very good balance, speed, good acceleration, and change of direction. Very good vision to run through the defense. Humrich excels getting extra yardage with his balance. He runs through would be tackles and uses his powerful stiff arm to gain more yards. Good read and reaction speed as a safety. Ranges from box to zone and does a great job with run support. Look out for Humrich this off-season.

Humrich combines power and agility to become a tough tackle when he is in open space. Averaging over six yards per carry, he’s a physical runner who can wear down a defense. What sets him apart is his ability to contribute as a reliable receiver out of the backfield, making him a dual-threat option. As he continues to develop, Humrich has the upside to emerge as a game changing back for his offense.

A true two-way player, Humrich has a natural instinct for finding the football on defense while also serving as a reliable option on offense. He excels as a physical, between the tackles runner, consistently churning out tough yardage and keeping the chains moving. Last season, he caught some attention with 646 rushing yards, showcasing his ability to break through defenders and fight for extra yardage. While he only recorded two touchdowns, his versatility as a pass catcher; six receptions for 52 yards, makes him a valuable asset. Expect Humrich to make a statement this year with a breakout season.

Humrich made the most of his opportunities this season, flashing big play potential whenever he touched the ball. He rushed for 646 yards while averaging 6.3 yards per carry, demonstrating his ability to pick up chunk yards and keep the chains moving. Though he found the end zone just twice, his ability to set up blocks and rip off long runs suggests that number could increase with more touches. His balance through contact and ability to accelerate through running lanes make him a difficult player to bring down in space. Humrich also possesses solid vision, which allows him to make decisive cuts and hit the hole with authority. While he was in a shared backfield this season, his potential to take on a larger workload will be something to monitor.
