Pacifica (Oxnard) defensive lineman Santino “Sonny” Aina announced his commitment to Portland State on Sunday.
Aina had 34 tackles, six for a loss with two sacks for Oaks Christian last season. He earned First Team All-Marmonte League honors.
He also had an offer from Cornell and Portland State offered him on May 15.
Aina is the first player in Portland State’s 2024 recruiting class according to 247Sports.
