Ribner, if you can look past the fact that Cleveland was nowhere near a top program last season and lacked talent, is a legit quarterback prospect. Ribner made a late transfer to Cleveland from Central Catholic and could only play in six games on the season, but showcased impressive ability. What stood out most was his technique and arm talent. He has a live arm and could make some plays despite the lack of playmakers. Ribner is a talented player who I am excited to watch next season.
