While his raw pass-rushing numbers won’t turn heads, Russ is a talented run defender with plenty of strength. He has the speed and instincts to get out and blow up screens and he has a frame that should allow him to add more weight. He’s mainly a power rusher right now, but when he develops a more diverse pass-rushing set, the sacks will come, as he has all the physical tools needed to thrive.
