Novak does a nice job moving around and stepping up in the pocket; however, he does not necessarily like to hold on to the ball too much. There are other times where we see him get it out early, nearly as soon as it is snapped. Novak will protect the the ball by trusting himself to scramble and make a play rushing. He is a quick, decisive decision maker with the ball.
