How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Old school Downhill runner. One cut and go type with great vision. Not contact shy and hard to tackle.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Gritty, resilient and tough, great sense of humor. Loves the game of football and has fun playing it.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Leader in the Latin American Student Organization. Student Facilitator for Military Families Peer Counselor 3 year Varsity Lacrosse ATH

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Lifelong military brat, with numerous moves around the country has given me the ability to adapt to change and new environments. Very well spoken and disciplined.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

My 9/10 grade yrs were the toughest years of my life. I lost my grandpa to cancer, brother was diagnosed with autism and my mom had to fight breast cancer. I Dealt with injuries during football and lacrosse season, keeping me off the field. This led to academic and social struggles. By the grace of God and With the help of my Parents, coaches & teachers I was able to overcome these setbacks.

What type of college are you looking for?

High academic, competitive football environment with a big return on investment.

Although a bit undersized, the rising Senior back has tremendous short area quickness/lateral movement abilities and can run through small creases while showing outstanding start/stop abilities in traffic. He shows he can run through arm and ankle tackles with good leg drive and contact balance, consistently bouncing off tacklers and gaining the tough yards while also having the speed to gain the edge and bounce it outside when needed. Gutierrez also displays pass catching abilities out of the backfield and is tough to bring down in the open field and has big play abilities after the catch.
