An underrated EDGE defender with a versatile skillset, this pass-rushing linebacker can line up with his hand in the dirt inside or standing up on the edge. He moves well for his size and can deliver an explosive tackler on the ball-carrier. He’s a football magnet who consistently makes his way to the ball. He plays with a high motor, he’s aggressive and shows strong instincts against the run. A new addition to the 2025 rankings update, Tolbert has flashed big-play ability all year long with 78 tackles, 17 TFLs and 11 sacks. The Atlanta-area defender and his Columbia squad will take on Pierce County in round two.
