Royal is a true dual-threat QB who can beat you with his arms and legs. He has a good frame, with very good athletic ability, with good speed, and quickness. Shows a strong arm with solid accuracy. Very good vision as ball carrier with good ability to make defenders miss. There is a high ceiling and another QB primed to jump in the ranking in future updates.

Royal Bailey Royal Bailey 5'11" | 180 lbs | QB/ATH Varina | 2029 State VA is an elite athlete at quarterback for Varina, and he’s expected to take over the starting job on varsity as a sophomore. He’s already one of the fastest players on the team, and he has more than enough arm strength to make any throw that the coaching staff wants him to make.

He was a human highlight reel as the starting JV quarterback last season, and he even returned a punt for a touchdown on varsity when they needed him on special teams.

There’s a chance that college programs see him as more of a WR or RB at the next level, but right now he’s still garnering interest as a QB. Bailey’s going to be an exciting player to watch in the 2029 class.
