Rocky has been in our top-tier amongst defensive tackles since this 2027 South Dakota class first came out a couple years ago already. The 6’3 280 pounder has gotten quicker and quicker each year with getting off his blocks fluidily and quickly gets to the point of attack. He has some of the best short-area vision amongst defensive tackles in this class as is a gobbler when it comes to stopping the run. He displays the soft hands you want to have in the middle of your defensive trenches and the sudden instincts to get down to the ball carrier.
