Outler is a big target that college coaches and quarterbacks relish having on their roster. Now standing at six-foot-six and weighing over 200 pounds, will be a mismatch for just about anybody.
Now playing his ball at American Heritage Plantation, Outler should see plenty of opportunities to make plays in the open field. He is elusive for his size and is tough cover as an H-Back or a tight end.
He is an improved blocker but has a high ceiling to go in that area. Outler could develop into an elite tight end by the end of his high school career.

out of Fort Lauderdale. The 6’4 174 pound Defensive End with a 3.4 GPA already has the size needed as he enters into highschool this fall. Outler is extremely quick off the ball and moves well for his size being able to track down the ball carrier. He’s not hard to find when turning on the tape, he’s the biggest player on the field every time and backs it up being very dominant and giving the QB pressure and difficulty seeing receivers. His quickness at the snap of the ball is elite for his age and he will only get better as he continues to put on weight and get into a high school weight program. Outler’s size and quickness puts fear in opposing teams and quarterbacks. Going to be a player to keep an eye on as he plans to attend Archbishop McCarthy this fall.
– Like the other class of 2028 Florida prospects on this list, Outler III comes with impressive size and ability for only being in the eighth grade this school year
– Right around 6-foot-3 and 170 pounds with a motor and hustle that is very evident on tape, I’m almost certain he’s going to shine as a defensive end at the next level. He spends nearly all of his time at the position right now, but with a frame and the athleticism he shows off, I’m not confident enough to rule out a position change long term
– As a defensive end he plays standing up and has one of the best first steps off the snap, that I’ve seen of anyone in this class–regardless of position. Despite being 6-foot-3 and standing up, he is able to drop his hips, use his length and zero-turn around offensive tackle’s. It’s what I see in that hip-dropping and upfield explosion that makes me think he may be equally as impressive as a tight end
