The Tolsia Rebels have a daunting task of facing #1 Wheeling Central in round one, but 2027 RB/ATH Robert Evans Robert Evans 6'2" | 195 lbs | ATH Tolsia | 2027 State WV will be someone to key on among some talented athletes. He’s a big, physical athlete with athleticism that could get his fair share of big plays on both sides of the ball against a very good Wheeling Central team. Evans’ combination of size and athleticism will garner him college attention in his senior year, but don’t overlook him in a Davis vs. Goliath matchup this week to cap his junior year.

2027 Tolsia ATH Robert Evans Robert Evans 6'2" | 195 lbs | ATH Tolsia | 2027 State WV originally debuted on our Watch List as a quarterback but moved to running back this season for the Rebels and turned in a great season as a ball carrier. Evans rushed for 1,400 yards and 21 touchdowns at the small school level but has the size and athleticism that will translate as a prospect. We’ve only gotten a two-game sample size so far of highlights to evaluate, but Evans clearly looks and moves differently than most Class A athletes. Linebacker will likely be his best position as a prospect, but you can tell from his running back tape how natural of an athlete he is.
