I sadly didn’t get to see as much of RJ Corbey as I would have liked. I don’t have much of an evaluation to provide in all honesty, yet I can’t go without mentioning him in this piece. This because of how many coaches ended up raving about his all-around performance at this event. I did some digging on Corbey before the event and had his name circled as a player to watch. I was hardly surprised to hear that Corbey excelled throughout camp. Hopefully he ends up ranked on our site sooner rather than later.

Transferring to Western Albemarle a year ago has done wonders for talented receiver RJ Corbey. Nabbing 7 touchdowns and 54 receptions, that landed him First Team All District selections as a junior. Let me tell you he is one tough young man going over the middle, he does not seem to flinch with a big hit incoming. He also has impressive strength and ball skills, I counted at least 5 different times in his film where he absolutely “Mossed” a defender. The Patriot League is starting to show interest in Corbey and I could see why. A route running technician I would not shocked to see him putting up impressive numbers for any school in that conference.

Heiliman’s favorite target is fellow junior Rj Corbey Rj Corbey 5'10" | 175 lbs | WR Western Albemarle | 2026 State VA who was second team all state at receiver in 2023. This duo is going to set record these next two seasons the way their timing and chemistry are down PAT.

Corbey is outstanding route runner and makes some really impressive adjustments to footballs thrown in his direction. The sky is the limit for this young man, if the Warriors first scrimmage was any indication, you are going to see him catch a lot of touchdowns.
