A new 2029 name that caught my attention at one of the NDSU two-day camps this summer came from running back Riggin Sand Riggin Sand 5'8" | 160 lbs | RB/LB Ellendale-Edgeley-Kulm | 2029 State ND of Ellendale-Edgeley-Kulm. Riggin recorded the fastest pro agility time in this 2029 RB class and from what I saw from the live eval, the 5’8 160 pounder shows off to be a more efficent pass-catcher for his age and also showed off impressive open field vision for his age.
