Sites is a stout 6’1 250 guard prospect with a wrestling background where he was considered a Top 10 grappler in the 285-pound weight class of the AA/A division this spring. On the football field, that wrestling background shows up with his hand use and leverage ability. Sites has obvious physical strength and gets a good push on his defender. He can drive his man downfield and take him out of the play. His pad level and low leverage showed up on film and allowed him to win at the point of contact to let his strength and power do the rest of the work. Sites also flashed the ability and athleticism to be able to pull from his left guard spot in a few instances in his junior highlight tape.
He’s another small college prospect who may elect to wrestle in college but has offensive line potential for the next level if he chooses.
