Reid is one of the best smaller school athletes in the Class. He plays TE and OLB for D4 Osceola and is off to a hot start in 2026. I was able to watch Reid live in Week 2 and see his talent on full display. Especially at TE where he proved to be a nightmare matchup for the opponent. Reid does a great job of using his size and strength to win on offense. He can easily muscle a DB out of position before going up for the football and high pointing it away from any DBs. The ’28 TE brings a massive catch radius to the field and is a smooth athlete who can stretch the field as we saw last Friday night. The two way standout is definitely someone to keep tabs on early this season.
This was the premier talent of the night. Reid brings an elite frame to the field, checking in at 6’5″ 210 lbs. His biggest contribution of the night came on offense where he was producing big play after big play. The junior is able to stretch the field and is great at high pointing the ball and coming down strong with it. The big play threat was able to set up multiple scores for his offense with his downfield receiving and both of his TDs came from that ability to get vertical and box out DBs. On defense the LB showed off the range and physicality to be effective stopping the run and was able to naturally slide in space while in coverage. The 2028 standout looked the part and should be one of the top recruits in the Class of 2028 here in WI.
This is another athlete who reaped the rewards of getting out to camps and PRZ having scouts in attendance at those camps. Reid is another standout who hit my radar after he impressed our Midwest Director of Scouting, Oliver West. He told me about a 6’5″ edge who was moving very fluidly around the field. So that sent me to the tape instantly to see what we had on our hands. What it resulted in was a new #2 edge recruit in the Class. Reid is a kid with a great frame, natural athleticism, a quick first step, and the necessary power to set the edge vs the run game. The Osceola standout is going to be one of the best players in his region this season.
