Wilson always seems to make plays for this Nixa defense.

The Nixa eagles defense held the Carthage Tigers at bay all night long which isn’t a easy task. Wilson was a big part as to why they were able to achieve that feat. Not only did he show his chops in the run game, but he grabbed a magnificent interception over two receivers in the 4th quarter to virtually seal the deal.

Wilson’s Senior year looks very promising.

Whenever a safety is making over 100 tackles you start to think well he must make a lot of tackles on the back end of the defense. The Eagles look to make it back to the ship and grab a ring, and they will rely heavily on Reed Wilson Reed Wilson 5'11" | DB Nixa | 2027 MO to duplicate is success in 2025.

Even with his eye popping numbers I think he is very underrated in terms of the top defensive players in Missouri. I believe after the 2026 season Wilson will change that.
