Going by the nickname “The Terminator”, Perez is a kid I think has the ability to be a solid player for years to come in the PNW. While most of his film features him as a running back, I think his long term future will be as in the secondary as a strong safety or nickel. He has a promising build at 5-foot-9 and 140 pounds (size is not verified) and also has good quickness and ball skills. He’s wrapping up his youth career with the B12P Bearcats this season.
