Ray Bender Ray Bender 5'8" | 150 lbs | RB/WR/WR Southern Choctaw | 2027 State AL is a talented RB/WR out of Southern Choctaw who has become a huge piece of his team’s offense in a short amount of time.

Bender is an explosive prospect who plays with a ton of speed and twitch out of the backfield. He has great acceleration and makes quick, sharp cuts to make defenders miss can completely exploit opposing defenses with his speed.

Bender runs hard. He has great contact balance, isn’t taken down easily, and has a combination of speed and power that is extremely tough to stop. Crazy enough, Bender also has some talent as a passer- he delivers the ball around the field with good accuracy and found the endzone several times last season throwing the ball.

Bender had a huge sophomore season, ending the year completing 26/41 passes for 407 yards and 4 TDs, 126 carries for 720 yards and 11 TDs on the ground, and 4 receptions for 56 yards.
