About Rashard

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my play style as a elite agile, swift, and intellectual playmaker. That believes in a team first mentality.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I believe in a work first mentality. That grinds until the mission is complete and helps to not only make myself better but my teammates.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I've been apart of change foundations at my school. And I've received many honors for academics. Including Honor Roll, Student of the Month, along with class leadership.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I've developed the soft skills of cooperativness, listening, and humility. Through being active in the Berkeley community and just impacting my teammates along with fellow peers.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I've faced adversity of injuries. Quickly rehabilitating and working to become better . To impact my teammates and dealing with hardship of not knowing if I'll be better. But I remember just supporting my guys and helping them be better. And in return I reaped my benefits.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college in the south. Just to stay local and in a place of familiarity. But the level of play I don't care I would just love to keep continuing to play football.
