Scott RB Preston Cooper Preston Cooper 6'0" | 205 lbs | RB Scott | 2024 State WV is another talented in-state prospect in West Virginia State’s 2024 recruiting class.

Cooper was a PRZ WV Class AA Second Team All-State selection this season after producing a huge senior campaign for the Skyhawks.

He rushed for 1,500 yards and 14 touchdowns in the high-flying Skyhawks’ offense this season. Cooper solidified himself as a Top 100 player in the 2024 class and finished inside the Top 10 of running backs.
