Harper is playing at high level and he is one of the top quarterbacks in the DFW area this season. His stellar play has Pearce in position to make the playoffs coming out of District 7-6A. Harper had a big game in crucial victory over rival Richardson 64-41. Harper has the arm talent to make every throw on the route tree, he is extremely accurate in the short to intermediate areas and he can push the ball outside the numbers on a rope. His footwork is clean and he has superb pocket awareness. Harper has the athleticism to avoid pressure and make plays with his legs to move the chains. He exploded for 248 yards passing and 7 total touchdown versus Richardson to improve their record to 5-2 overall and 3-1 in 7-6A play. Harper leads the DFW area in passing with 2,283 yards this season. He has an offer from Murray State.
