About Peyton

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play fast and hard with great footwork and hands. On defense, I am aggressive with strong tackling form and fundamentals. On offense, I can/will play anywhere the team needs me which is typically QB during tackle season and WR during 7on7

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I pay attention and apply what is taught to me. I am quiet and carry my emotions quietly as well. I learn from my mistakes on the field, and work towards correcting them the next rep I get.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Honor roll student all through elementary school and middle school.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have really started taking on more leadership during practices or even during training. Helping my teammates with their form, route running or releases. I attend EForce's Field Generals program that really focuses on leadership and how to lead the team.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I am on the short end for my age group. I have grown quite a bit the last year, and will get bigger and stronger. But being smaller hasn't slowed me down. I am one of the stronger tacklers on my team, and received best defense player on team this last season with 3 forced fumbles. Receiving can be a challenge with taller kids, but I still lead the team in receptions and touchdowns.

What type of college are you looking for?

Somewhere who values hard work and dedication. I take pride in being coachable. I make mistakes, coach directs me, and I quickly apply what coaches have taught me. I enjoy playing multiple positions on both sides of the ball.
