A quality lineman from Don Bosco was Pedro Valdes Pedro Valdes 6'0" | 270 lbs | OL Don Bosco | 2025 State NJ . Valdes did an exceptional job working to the second level. Aside from his ability to quickly climb to linebacker depth, what was most impressive was how he dealt with screaming linebackers buzzing around. Similarly, Valdes is awfully physical with down linemen. Part of how he does this is maintaining a good base, taking short, choppy steps, and anchoring when he faces a power rush. Lastly, there seems to be no hand fighting technique that Valdes is versed in: punching and recoiling, hand fighting, and refitting. Valdes technically-advanced tactician along the trenches.

The months of April and May have been very kind to the Don Bosco Ironmen. Another quality prospect who made some noise this spring has been Pedro Valdes Pedro Valdes 6'0" | 270 lbs | OL Don Bosco | 2025 State NJ . Valdes, a prospect I have not yet had the opportunity to watch film on yet, seems like a solid one. So much so that St. Anslem College popped his offer cherry, being the first collegiate institution formally extend an offer to Valdes. Congrats and many more to come!
