Travis checks into our rankings as a top 5 running back in this 2025 class, and he has been off to a nice Senior season so far this season for New Plymouth. He is an elusive and twitchy ball carrier with good vision in tight windows, cutback abilities and can make defenders miss in the hole while showing an open field burst in the clear as well. He has some pass catching abilities out of the backfield as well, and is a mismatch against man coverage against linebackers and safeties in the flats and downfield. Travis had a stellar Week 9 performance where he rushed for 265 yards and 3 scores against Melba, and has rushed for over 700+ yards and 8 scores so far this season, good for one of the better rushing totals on the year across Idaho.

Travis enters into our WL rankings this time around, and showed that he can make big explosive plays from the backfield or in the slot against safeties and linebackers. He is a very smooth athlete with good hands downfield, and shows a nice burst after the catch with open field third level speed to break away from defenders. From the backfield, he is a smooth runner that can get downhill quickly, make defenders miss in the hole and shows lateral movement abilities in tight windows. His position versatility and pass catching abilities make him an intriguing prospect at the D3 level in college, and one to note heading into this off-season.

Travis had a really good year for New Plymouth where he rushed for 899 yards and 7 touchdowns. A back that has really good balance and the ability to bounce of defenders and fall forward. He shows really good understanding of how to read his blocks and set up defenders in between the tackles. As he continues to grow the sky is the limit for this young back as he has all the tools to be a 1000+ yard rusher. He is definitely someone to keep an eye on this upcoming season.
