Paul Layne Paul Layne 6'0" | 155 lbs | QB Broad Run | 2029 State VA is an outstanding quarterback prospect. I really like his mechanics and footwork. His ability to throw the ball over the top is also excellent. His delivery of the football is good. He also showed a good ability to process and find the open receiver. He has the skills to improve and be even better going forward. His mechanics and footwork allow him to grow and to develop even more.
