Starting, Hart has size that projects very well to the next level at 6’4″, 215 pounds with the bigger-bodied frame to create mismatches at WR/TE and the athleticism to make him a key defensive chess piece. Offensively, I was impressed with Paul’s inside-outside versatility, showing his ability to use his size to outjump and outphysical DBs along the perimeter, or he can use his quickness to beat slow LBs over the middle of the field. He’s a solid route runner who can take advantage of spacing and can find the soft spots in coverage to give his QB an open target. Soft, reliable hands at the catch point with the strength to hold on through contact. Good run after the catch. Defensively, Paul is a well-rounded linebacker who can drift off into coverage or bring pressure coming off the edge. He has great instincts in coverage and is aggressive at attacking the ball. Massive upside prospect!
