Expert Analysis
Brian Phillips | Prep Redzone Scout
Paul is the centerpiece of the St. John’s football program. He is a hybrid WR/TE and a senior captain. He runs many of his routes off the line of scrimmage but also shows up from the slot from time to time. He is very athletic standing at 6’3 and weighing 225lbs. Can run vertical routes and be a threat down the field. He is a mismatch to opposing defenders because of his size and athleticism. Paul is a natural pass catcher who can run most routes and should be a focal point of the Pioneer offense. Paul has received an offer from Stonehill College.

Paul Hanlon Paul Hanlon 6'3" | 220 lbs | TE St. John's (MA) | 2025 State New E ‘s frame stood out among all prospects on the day. He is a solid 6’3″ who has a great combination of size and speed and can change the LOS at the point of attack. He demonstrated explosive physicality and can find the open window in zone while also being able to separate from man coverage. His hands are reliable and he flashed the ability to pluck the ball from the air. “Hanlon” is currently ranked as the # 8 tight-end in the class of 2025 in New England.

I fully expect Hanlon’s stock to rise after the fall season. Hanlon is currently ranked as the #8 TE in the 2025 New England rankings.
