Although his testing numbers was decent you still have to look at that he is young and has a lot of room to grow. As he participated in the drills he showed ton of zip and poise. Parker is a young talent at the quarterback position but the way he goes out and play as if he is a vet and his throwing mechanics and footwork is a sight to see. Parker Lowe Parker Lowe 6'1" | 152 lbs | QB Honaker | 2029 State VA has thrown for 3,275 passing yards paired with 44 passing touchdowns with 65% completion rate. As I evaluated Lowe film he had showcased that he can throw with some zip and also throw a perfectly accurate spiral while under pressure which most young quarterbacks can’t do. Lowe also displayed that he can thread the needle in between zones and put it only where his receiver can make a play on it. Parker’s throwing mechanics are something special and he also has the ability to make throws on the run very accurate while being pressured. He had dominated this past season and there is no doubt in my mind he wont dominate this upcoming season as well as he enters his sophomore season.

Like he was on Saturday, Parker was smooth and safe with the ball. His ball in the wind looked just as good as it did in the sunny day we had yesterday. He finished the championship game with a touchdown and an extra point as time expired to take home the trophy.

Parker may have been the best player I seen all day from a talent perspective. PRZ VA has already spotlighted his talents, making my eval very confident. His arm is great, and he can drive the ball well. He loves to attack windows and the boundary because he knows his ball velocity is present to be aggressive. With a colder forecast tomorrow, I’m curious to see if the ball still flies out of his hand like it did today.

Parker is a Quarterback you want to keep an eye on. He operates well in the pocket, showing solid bend, balance, and has a quick release. Throws an accurate ball that allows his receivers to make a play. He surpassed 2000 yards on the season leading Honaker to a 6-3 record.
