The Long Snapper from Gardner Edgerton Owen J. has a natural talent to be a good Snapper. During the season he was key on PAT’s, FG’s, and Punt snaps for Gardner. His snaps were a key part to having Jensen Honey Jensen Honey 6'0" | 180 lbs | K Gardner-Edgerton | 2026 State KS connect on 72 straight PAT’s. Owen has showcased great control with making sure the laces are at a 12 o’clock when the Holder catches the ball. When the laces are as close to 12 o’clock it makes the holders job much easier, which in turn makes the Kicker more confident when Kicking the ball. Going into Owen’s Senior year next year I see him staying as the #1 Ranked LS in Kansas.
