Owen has found his stride these past couple of games and finally appears to be confident within the system. He came in late to the program, and now that he has games under his belt, region play comes at the right time. He has a big arm but isn’t afraid to take what the defense gives him; he’ll take the check down but will still look at the deep shots. His ball placement has vastly improved, and he’s coming off his best week. He’ll look to pick apart the Taylorsville defense.

Griffin has good size, and he stands tall in the pocket and does well getting to his second read. He has a good arm on him, and he had a good night and found a good rhythm and got his playmakers the ball, and was able to keep the offense ahead of the chains. He was effective with five touchdown passes on the night

Griffin comes in from Arizona and debuts as the QB14 and 86th-ranked prospect overall. He possesses good size and has a good frame for the position. He’ll continue to fill out his frame and reach approximately 215 pounds by the time it’s all said and done. He processes at a good rate and throws a nice spiral. Griffin will test the defense deep but knows when to check down and move the chains. His ball placement is good, and he throws a friendly deep ball for his receivers. He takes over at Granger and is the unquestioned QB1.
