In a man-on-man, eat-or-be-eaten drill while fully padded, Warren-Alvarado-Oslo’s Owen Dvorak Owen Dvorak 5'10" | 185 lbs | RB Warren-Alvarado-Oslo | 2027 State MN stepped up and absolutely shocked the entire group with a technically-sound, incredibly impressive, crushing hit where he perfectly squared up, face up, run those feet post-contact beauty of a collision that got the NDSU coach running the drill HYPED, as well as Dvorak’s peers and competitors. A little later, Dvorak stepped up and did it AGAIN, once again against a larger competitor and fellow LB. What a dog! This dude can hit.

The 5’9 186 pounder ran a 4.79 in the 40-yard dash and a 4.63 in the pro agility in Grand Forks as one of a few RBs that caught my attention from the eye-test with his fluidity in the reps we watched and intriguing twitch with his change of direction that caught our attention most during Indy drills last Thursday. Owen ran for over 1000 rushing yards as a junior at Warren-Alvarado-Oslo, and surely has added more intriguing twitch heading into the middle of summer camps as one that surely has the skillsets in my eyes to compete on Saturdays, if you are hunting for a sleeper in your RB rooms.
