About Owen

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a tall physical tight-end with good hands. I am an all around threat, I believe I can do basically anything, from blocking to running routes and receiving the ball.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My biggest thing is that I hate loosing. I will do anything for my team to make sure we get the win. I am very much a team player and have a great mentality. I don’t get in my head. I try to be very positive not matter what the outcome is, or how the game is going.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am in National Junior Honors Society, Student council.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have spent a lot of time around college athletes, with my uncle being a college football coach. I feel like my leadership has gotten better from being around them. Seeing how they are always supportive and encouraging to their teammates, no matter the outcome really pushes me, because one day I want that to be me.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Honestly no, I’m very thankful for my path so far, and I’m just leaving it up to god.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that I can get a good education at, while also helping the team win in any way.
