About Omarion

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

100% motor 100% of the time. I run my feet and block with dominance until the whistle is blown. Every play.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is based off one of my favorite quotes from Sun Tzu "You cannot know if you will be successful or not. You can only prepare for battle and it must be done with all of your heart and with all of your consciousness. In that manner, you will have an edge."

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a officer in my schools Best Buddies club, I wrestle, and do shot & disc. I also received a letter of recognition from my school principle and staff naming me a student leader and helper.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed many skills over my football career but in my opinion my three most notable are: Communication, comradery, and consistency.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

A significant challenge I've faced was earning a starting role on my varsity squad. Being only a sophomore at a D1 school with a lot of talent, it was VERY hard to make my mark on the team and be a player my coaches could depend on. That didn't stop me from doing what I had to do. Through grit, consistency and showing out I earned an important role in my offense as a RG.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that knows how to develop the skill, knowledge and athleticism that it takes to be a football player. A college that gives me the opportunity to grow and learn. Most importantly I'm looking for a college with an exceptional educational program that can lead me to great places.
