Omar Areche Omar Areche Omar Areche 5'9" | 170 lbs | WR/DB Yonkers | 2027 State NY , is one of the most intriguing prospects across the state due to his versatility. In Warwick, at our Prep Redzone NY Showcase, we had him switch to the DB side for reps. He was extremely impressive, and backed that up at Jerry Flora’s Showcase.

Areche was a natural leader, and was calling out plays from the Safety, and CB positions on the defensive side of the ball. He was excellent in coverage and was great at tracking the ball across the field. On the offensive side he found himself open a lot. He showcased an outstanding understanding of zones, and showed good footwork on his routes.
