Keegan was limited due to injuries during his Sophomore Season, but managed to put together a productive season. He has outstanding body control and a quick twitch that is seen while changing directions. He has good hands and is a hard to tackle prospect given his elite size. He has the potential to add weight to his impressive build.

The Liverpool prospect is an FBS talent who has a higher ceiling than the tape shows. If he can stay healthy, we can be looking at the best NY TE since Iona Prep’s Justin Joly.
