Nyechay Lawless is a good wide receiver who is much more than just a slot receiver, like I thought at 1st when I was breaking down his film. He is certainly a great slot receiver, though. He does a good job after the catch by making defenders miss in space and gaining extra yards after the catch. An example of this type of play is when he caught wide receiver screen passes; he got behind his offensive line and made defenders miss. He is elusive and slippery to bring down in the open field, but he is also a good route runner with excellent hands. Lawless is the complete package at wide receiver.
