The top QB prospect in Oregon is headed to Provo, UT. Keeney is a recruit that I am pretty high on and should develop nicely at the next level. He could become a legit college quarterback if he can become more consistent as a passer and not be asked to run around and make superhuman plays. BYU should develop him nicely.
