There is limited game film available on Noah, but what can be seen in his film in addition to his clips from camps and 7v7s this summer is that he knows how to create separation with his foot quickness, lateral agility, and change of direction. You especially notice his explosiveness out of cuts. He is a shifty runner that keeps defensive backs off balance. This will be a big fall for him, and if he displays this on the field, colleges will take notice of his game.
