Noah is one of those quarterbacks that defensive coaches have nightmares about. Noah specializes in scrambling around, making pass rushers whiff and keeping his eyes downfield to find receivers that break open. His highlights consistently show his ability to move inside and outside of the pocket. His arm strength is good and he can push the ball downfield easily. I love seeing him hit seam routes and post routes right on the money with good anticipation. He has good size, outstanding athleticism and the ability to create. He has received a bit of attention from some colleges, but I think he is largely underrated.
