Rioux has a great frame at 6’3 190lbs and his tape shows a pocket passer who has a talented arm and flashes athleticism that he can use as a runner on broken plays or designed QB runs. Rioux makes impressive throws on the run and can contort his body making throws across his body or towards the sideline when he is outside of the pocket. Rioux has solid arm strength and can make throws at all three levels, he shows good accuracy on the ran and can hit guys in stride down the field. As a runner Rioux makes guys miss in space even though you do not see great change of direction or twitch. He showcases the ability to run through arm tackles, make quick cuts up field leaving defenders in over pursuit, and even showcases a hurdle in his tape.
