Cory Lemer | Prep Redzone Scout
With Liverpool falling just short of a championship in Section Three last season, and their QB graduating, question marks surrounding who would lead the team appeared. Sitting 6-0, and dominating the opposing competition the answer is clear. Nico Leone Nico Leone 5'8" | QB Liverpool Central School District | 2028 NY is the man to watch for Liverpool.
Leone has been limited in his role, as Liverpool has recored around 50 passing attempts this season. In his throws, he has 12 touchdowns and just two interceptions. Leone has excelled on the ground as well, showing a good understanding of the offense, and the ability to read a defense. I like Leone, and he is a player who can lead this squad to the Section Three Championship.
