Nick is one of the under radar prospects in the DFW area that college programs should get eyes on this season. He has the arm talent to make all the throws on the route tree, he has the athleticism to avoid pocket pressure and his ability to be accurate outside the pocket are traits in his game that allow him to be be an offensive threat at the quarterback position. At 6-foot-3 and 215 pounds, Wesloski has a stout build with a powerful lower half that makes him difficult to bring down when he gets pressured or when he breaks containment on the run. His arm strength enables him to thread the needle to complete passes into small coverage windows. College programs should get to McKinney Boyd this season and get eyes on him.

Nick is a skilled passer, he sets up to throw with a solid base, his footwork in the pocket is clean and deliberate and he engages his hips to get extra torque on his throws. Wesloski can make throws from multiple platforms, he throws well on the move with pinpoint accuracy and he has the arm strength to complete any pass on the route tree. Nick has excellent touch on his deep ball, he was consistent with his footwork throughout the camp, whether it was a three-step fade ball or a quick trigger back shoulder ball, Wesloski was in sync with his receivers. Wesloski has the ability to throw his receivers open routinely and he threw frozen ropes in tight coverage enabling his receivers to make plays on the football. The 6’3 205 pound junior took home the Quarterback MVP Award, made the All-Tournament Team and finished number seven in the Top 25 Rankings at the Select 50 Showcase. Nick shows off his athleticism on the baseball diamond also as a pitcher for McKinney Boyd. Wesloski has the goods that college programs covet and you can look for his profile to rise on the recruiting trail heading into the 2023 fall season.
