Film review: Issley is surely an athlete. He has clips of playing DB and WR. Impressive skill set on both sides of the ball. I’ll also note his ability to be an effective returner. His speed popped out to my attention when i viewed the first clip in his highlights from his game vs Lowell high School. A fluid athlete with good college career potential. However, he may pan out at the college level in baseball as he is also a very good baseball prospect. Ilsley will be added to class of 2026 rankings during the next update period.
