, currently an unoffered 2028 prospect from Berlin High School, is a versatile athlete at 6’1”, 185 pounds who impacts the game on both sides of the ball. Offensively, Balicki projects as a flexible weapon who can line up in slot alignments, wing-T formations, or out of the backfield. He shows natural comfort catching passes in space, especially when leaking into the flats as a check-down option. His ability to creep into open areas and become a reliable underneath target makes him a valuable offensive piece in spread and hybrid systems.
Defensively, Balicki stands out as a physical and dependable tackler who projects well as a 4-3 outside linebacker. He plays with toughness, closes well to the football, and consistently finishes plays with authority. While his receiving ability and versatility are showcased heavily on film, it would be beneficial to see more traditional rushing reps to fully evaluate his vision and downhill running ability. Even so, when opportunities come his way, he flashes strong athleticism and playmaking ability that make him a very intriguing two-way prospect.

was clearly the go-to weapon on his team. Despite this past season ending after just two games due to a torn ACL, he was clearly a man amongst boys as both a running back and linebacker. He should excel at both in high school, but he’ll have a higher longterm ceiling at linebacker.
