“Catlett has a live arm capable of making some really impressive throws both from the pocket and while he’s on the move. He has laser accuracy on his passes, constantly putting the ball in places only where his targets can make a play on it and hitting them in stride perfectly all over the field.

I’m even more impressed with the velocity on some of Catlett’s passes. He can zip the ball into some really tight windows, which is just another way he can take advantage of secondaries. When you combine all of that with his ability to improve and throw on the move, it makes him all the more impressive. I think we’ll be hearing a ton from him in 2026.”
