Nehemiah showed off his arm throughout the camp, but also was exceptional during the testing portion of the camp, placing top 10 in 3 separate categories. Super impressive overall performance for Patman.
-Great speed and agility, including a 4.7 40 yard dash and a 4.18 shuttle
-Strong arm, good timing and mechanics
-Extremely competitive, continued to work hard all camp and tried to build on each rep

I liked what I saw from Nehmiah’s reps.
I watched Nehemiah during the initial drills, in addition to a couple of routes on air. During one rep, Nehemiah rolls out right and delivers a nice, hard ball toward a stationary target. During another rep, Nehemiah rolled left, and struggled to throw cross-body. He also did well during the routes on air period, but generally struggled to hit receivers perfectly in stride. Granted, it’s difficult when you have a different WR, usually with a different skillset every rep.
Lastly, the testing numbers were solid, but there’s still room to grow, especially if he’s going to be a dual-threat at the next level.

Man, oh man! Nehemiah’s freshman-year tape is impressive. His first highlight showcases his cannon of an arm, tossing it over 40 yards downfield. Second, a shorter pass, but similarly great velocity. Finally, at 1:13, Nehemiah has an incredible throw on the run.
Nehemiah’s athleticism is also quite good for an incoming sophomore. Not a ton of high-level scrambling highlights, but the upside is absolutely there.
In terms of improvements, Nehemiah should consider being a bit more patient in the pocket.

Nehemiah only has four highlights on his Twitter, but the highlights are quite impressive.
The first highlight shows off exceptional play extension and a very big arm. While I don’t like that he scrambled that far backward, I am incredibly impressed by the elusiveness and the fact he found a man open across the field. The second highlight shows a solid on-time pass, and his receiver earn some good YAC. The fourth highlight further showcases the big arm, and I really like the accuracy of that ball.
This is a very, very intriguing freshman Quarterback. He looks well on his way to being ranked, and this offseason may dictate if he earns any early offers. Just based on the highlights, I definitely see D2 upside at the very least.

I like Nehemiah’s 7on7 highlights (shown below) quite a bit. Yes, 7on7 doesn’t show the full story, but it does provide a very clear picture of Nehemiah’s game with zero pressure involved. Standing in the pocket, Nehemiah has excellent throw power and consistently delivers extremely accurate balls to all parts of the field. The play at 0:40 shows good timing with impeccable accuracy, while the play at 1:05 shows an amazing deep ball compared to other 2028 prospects. I will say, Nehmiah’s footwork can be very inconsistent, even in a 7on7 setting. He also had a few instances where he ran outside of the pocket during the 7on7, which is someone I have frankly never seen. Still, Nehemiah is one of the more polished QBs in this class, and I’m curious if he’ll get his shot right away!
