About Nathaniel
Expert Analysis
Ed OBrien | Prep Redzone Scout
Nathaniel’s early-season highlights mostly show him playing against the run, with fewer pass-rush reps. He plays tight to the line of scrimmage and often takes on bigger tackles. Nathaniel doesn’t give up ground, which is a plus given his size. His best play in the highlights is when he knocks the offensive tackle off balance and makes the tackle at the line of scrimmage. Most of his other tackles are assists that he makes in the pile. Nathaniel does come off the ball on time, but could be a little more explosive. Most likely a linebacker playing edge out of necessity right now.
